How It Works

If money is not the motivating factor behind your referral, we also have an option to donate the money that we would have paid to you — to one of 2 charities:
Here's What You Need To Do:
- Submit the referral form.
- Once your referral contacts us and mentions that they were referred by you, we will log both names in our referral database.
- We will meet with the client to go over the project and prepare a fixed price contract for their renovation.
- Once the contract has been signed for the new project, you will be notified that we made a connection and your referral reward will be sent out within a week of the project being completed and the final payment being received.

Factory Edge Construction ltd was established in 2012 and we specialize in the field of “General Contracting” for residential renovations & commercial tenant improvements. We carry 5m in general liability insurance, are in good standing with WCB and have municipal business licences as a general contractor from West Vancouver to Coquitlam. We understand and adhere to all municipal building code bylaws and have a over a decade of experience working in stratified multi family buildings, residential homes and commercial lease spaces.

The team at Factory Edge is fantastic. Scott is professional, responsive and easy to work with. I think the thing which impressed me the most, however, is his commitment to doing the right thing. Our project did encounter an unexpected bump in the road, but Scott stepped up, took full responsibility and made it right, no questions asked.
